Dinging Warlords

Some of my guild members needed less than 24 hours to ding, but the vast majority needed a month or so. To me, it took 10 days to finally hit the new level cap – magnificent 100.

This expansion is pretty generous on awarding experience. I wasn’t playing more than usual 2 hours per day and I wasn’t pushing it hard to reach 100. I was quite relaxed and enjoyed in being able to ride on ground mounts while leveling once again. So with casual leveling during working days and some more playing on weekends, 10 days is not bad at all.

Also, there are million of things to keep you distracted from questing...you can endulge in treasure hunting, you can collect and battle companion quests, like archeology and what not. But the main distractor is of course his majesty Garnison. Levelling the garnison is one of the most tempting and interesting things to do. I found myself heartstoning to my base every half an hour or so to check on progress, see the status of the buildings, set up new missions etc. Everything about garnison screams addiction. When I look back at it, I actually admire myself for being able to reach level 100 in 10 days only.

Warlords of Draenor is a huuuge and one of the most interesting expansions I had a pleasure of playing. I’ve only scratched the surface of it, but I’m excited while I play and I look forward to every new logging to the game.
